  7. TS-1000 is a complete software package for the management of timeshare resorts,
  8. membership campgrounds, condos, apartments, and hotels/motels. The package is
  9. made up of the following modules: sales, resales, marketing, rentals,
  10. reservations, front desk, accounts receivable fees receivable, mortgages
  11. receivable, general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll. Each module may be
  12. purchased individually. As many as 998 properties for each of 98 companies may
  13. be managed on one computer, with the only limitation being disk space
  14. available. These programs are written in COBOL and will run on most XENIX/UNIX
  15. and MS-DOS computers. The mortgage receivables module may be used by any
  16. company that services contracts. Select Software will modify any of these
  17. programs to meet the end user's requirements.
